The Role
What You'll Do
- Support the HR Executive in hiring process
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Supervise the functioning of office network, internet, telephone and cabling infrastructure
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the senior management
- Support updation of compliance and statutory records and documents
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
What You Bring
- Should be a graduate; MBA(HR) or BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
- 2 years of professional work experience in similar role
- Knowledge of MS Office and IT tools mandatory
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Interpersonal effectiveness in a multicultural set-up
- Self-motivated and uses initiative; can deliver without supervision
- Takes accountability and ownership of output
- Good with standard email, documentation and worksheet software
