FOR CHILDREN UP TO TWELVE ONLY, per its own page. There is a one-time registration fee of Rs 500 and a minimum six-month sign-up; late fees are Rs 5 a day across all books borrowed. NO HOME DELIVERY OR PICK-UP -- its own site states the library has no such facility, so you visit to browse and to return. Open Tuesday to Sunday 10:00-19:00, closed Mondays. Register by emailing hello@champaca.in.
