Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid plans and services purchased directly from EcoFlyp: the Tidal Plan, the Lighthouse Plan, and paid BrandFlyp sessions (including the ₹999 Brand Audit). It does not apply to products, services, or donations offered by third-party organisations listed on EcoFlyp.

Plans are billed annually as a one-time payment for a 12-month term and do not auto-renew. You will not be charged again without your explicit consent.

All plan purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the term you paid for.

Any amount paid for a BrandFlyp session, including the ₹999 Brand Audit, is non-refundable. This applies whether you attend or not, and to cancellations made in advance. Rescheduling is the only option: reschedule from your booking link at least 4 hours before your slot. Slots that are missed, cancelled, or not rescheduled in time are forfeited.

Where an account or listing is suspended or terminated for a breach of our Terms of Service, no refund is due.

EcoFlyp is a brand of Ecoflip Solutions Pvt Ltd, Pune, Maharashtra, India. Ecoflip Solutions Pvt Ltd is not registered for GST; no GST is charged on these plans and services.
