Refund and Cancellation Policy

Governed by the laws of Pune, Maharashtra, India

This policy applies to paid subscription plans purchased directly from EcoFlyp (the Tidal Plan and Lighthouse Plan). It does not apply to products, services, or donations offered by third-party organisations listed on EcoFlyp.

Plans are billed annually as a one-time payment for a 12-month term and do not auto-renew. You will not be charged again without your explicit consent.

All plan purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the term you paid for.

Where an account or listing is suspended or terminated for a breach of our Terms of Service, no refund is due.

EcoFlyp is a brand of Ecoflip Solutions Pvt Ltd, Pune, Maharashtra, India. Ecoflip Solutions Pvt Ltd is not registered for GST; no GST is charged on these plans.
