- This is a work-from-office role based in Bengaluru.
- Candidates must complete a one-week induction followed by a six-month internship.

The Role
What You'll Do
- Manage in-store inventory and displays.
- Maintain inventory registers and stock trackers.
- Create attractive visual merchandising displays.
- Assist walk-in customers with purchases and declutter drop-offs.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone
- Handle billing, invoicing, packaging and post-purchase follow-ups.
- Digitise and maintain customer records on the website backend and WhatsApp Business.
- Support the team during events, photoshoots and daily operations.
What You Bring
- 0–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, operations. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi or Kannada is an advantage.
- Comfortable interacting with customers.
- Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in sustainable fashion and circular economy is preferred.
